Schedule a Service

Jul 7, 2010 at 10:29 PM

In Customer Portal, the Schedule a new service page comes up fine, but when choosing date time and time zone and click "Find Available Times" button, I'm getting the exception below. Has anyone experienced this issue? I also noticed that Requested Service Type dropdown is empty. I'm not sure what would it be. Looks like Cases are working fine. Thanks.

Hi Homewire, The reason you are not seeing any services in your dropdown menu is likely because no services have been created in your CRM instance or that the services created have not been exposed to the portal by placing the *web* designation in the description field. Please see the following article on Adxstudio's community site for detailed instructions: http://community.adxstudio.com/service-scheduling Hope this helps. Christine Fischer Adxstudio - Developer
