crm lookup on eservices portal for CRM

Hi All,

I was trying to add a crm lookup field in the eServices Portal for CRM but it doesn't allow me to add lookups through eService Console manager. I tried to add this manually by editing the xml. But didn't work.

Any ideas how I can achieve this.

Hi Dinesh,

eService Portal is not supporting Lookups so you have a two choises:

1.Find a workarond like copy value of the lookup to text field and mark it as read-only so at least you will be able to display lookup

2.Try to develop - http://tevinder.blogspot.com/2009/03/enabling-lookup-fields-in-eservice.html

This accelerator has been replaced with the customer portal last spring. See HTTP://customerportal.codeplex.com

The new accelerator is backed by the portal framework included in the CRM SDK. The new portals will be released for CRM 2011, but this one will not.
