eService - Publishing Notes to the Portal

I am trying out the eService portal for Cases, and I can't see the option for publishing notes that are made by a customer service rep from within CRM. The notes that are creted by the customer are visable but obviously we would like to be able to show the customer updates that are made form within CRM. It would be good if these updates were optionally viewable.

The title of the note must start with *WEB*
