eservice portal to display email text.

we are trying to replace the *web* notes on the portal with the case history, so that anything that occurs on the case (mainly email , and if possible calls) will be shown on the portal, and maybe using an email form on the portal to allow new "posts" from the customer. Do you think this is possible using your method?
