eService - Problem with search for available times

Mar 19, 2009 at 10:56 PM
I hope someone else has experienced this and can help me. I have configured services, providers, and schedules for the providers. When someone tries to search for available times from the eService portal, the message below occurs. Any ideas?

Did you ever get this to work? Schedule a service throws errors if a user uses Firefox instead of IE...

Unfortunately, we finally gave up on the Codeplex eService Portal and bought one from a vendor instead. It turned out to be cheaper when you consider the labor that goes into making the thing work. These codeplex accellerators are definately not ready for prime time unless you have a full development staff to support their installation. Not too realistic for the small business world. Ironically, it's small businesses that would be interested in Codeplex accellerators because they are "free".
