eService- the workflow of Case Note added on portal does not work

Hi All,

Only the MSA-eServie:Case Note added via eService Portal workflow does not work. Others all work well.

I find the workflow fails on sending email to Case Owner. If I use other user replace the "To" {User(Get the user who owns this case: OwnerId(User))}, the workflow works.

Look like the assembly "Get the user who owns this case: OwnerId(User) " has problem.

How do fix this problem.
