When I attach documents to cases as notes, by eservice users don't have access to them. They can just see the name of the file that has been uploaded, but can't download them.
Any idea how to allow users access to download the documents?
In eService 1.1 users will not have access to attachment.To have it you must to extend it yourself.
Next version of eService should support it. You can check also Portal Integration which is based on the same engine which eService.
