eService accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - Customization problem

This is really great code and congratulations to all team for the job that has been done. We have question about customization. Is there any possibility to change the view of the Case list?  We want to show on Case list the system statuscode attribute for the Case, but we didn’t found this attribute inside the Eservise console feature . Can someone tell us how to solve this problem? Thx in advance!

Hi Oscar,

Statuscode is not supported by eService console.

There are workaround for it. You can create a drop-down list with the same values as StatusCode and expose it to eService Portal.

When eService user will change a new drop-down list you can create a workflow which will change a value for StatusCode.
