We're using the eService Tool in our customers CRM and are having with sending emails.
We use a smtp service to send the emails out, and the smtp service is working fine.
The Problem seems to be that the eService (or the CRM) is not sending the Emails to the smtp service. Authentification can't be the Problem - everyone is allowed to send, and DNS Problems are also not the case (connecting and ping per IP and FQDN are working).
I'm out of ideas, please help!
