eService 1.1 Console not in Settings.

I have followed the installation documents and the video to get eServices installed. Everything works from the website to the workflows, but I can't see the eServices Console in the Settings page.

We want to be able to add attributes to the portal site and I understand that I need this to make it work.

I have put both the eService folder in ISV and the .dll in Bin (I take it that these have to do with the console).

Do I have to add something into the Site Map?

I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
