PIA Problems after installation (403 forbidden)

I installed the PIA-Accelerator completely after the Video. Everything seems to be workling fine! All customisations were succesfully installed into the CRM, I can configure the portal. Everything seems to work fine. But If I try to acces the portal I get an 403- forbidden. Even if I enter my credentials manually I can't access the portal. Has anybody an idea, what I can do, to use the portal?

Ps: I use the domain-admin account.
