Hello,
I once had a question, there is the possibility, a comparison of notes from the CRM system in the eService tool?

If the customer sets, a note in the online request is, that synchronizes to the CRM, it is possible even reversed? From the request, from the CRM in the online request?

Yes, you can create a note in MS CRM with your prefix *WEB* and content and person eService user will be able to see this.
