Description:
This is a patch to GenericURLGenerator.cs in MSA_BusProd_Workflow. Version 1.0 of the plug-in throws an error if no paramters are defined. It is useful to be able to generate a generic hyperlink without parameters or with known parameters. The patch avoids the stringbuilder error by modifying the execute method as follows:

string fullUrl = string.Format(this.Url, Param1, Param2, Param3, Param4, Param5, Param6, Param7);
