The eService accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 provides customer self-service capabilities (via a web portal) as a configurable out-of-the-box offering.

Hello,
I once had a question, there is the possibility, a comparison of notes from the CRM system in the eService tool?
If the customer sets, a note in the online request is, that synchronizes to the CRM, it is possible even reversed? From the request, from the CRM in the online request?

Great code. Customization for look & feel and code behavior is a little difficult. In the end we achieved a100% seamless look between eService and our customers web site.
Thanks!

great that it's here - really good for basic portal. Easy to customise. No idea how to do advanced customisation where to find additional documentation...

I can't believe this! I am actually ecstatic about integrating this thing with SharePoint. The code, the implementation, the documentation, the integration, and everything about this is just setting the bar on web apps. You guys outdid yourself with this and I am happy to see some real care taken here. From the video to the installation guide, this entire project is the best I've seen yet.

Thanks for the release!
For those of you who're planning to install this, please WATCH the VIDEO as well, as not all steps were documented in the source code.
