The Business Data Auditing Accelerator provides basic audit capabilities for organizations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The accelerator takes a snapshot of a record whenever the relevant event occurs within the system such as Create, Update, Assign and Delete. Through workflow, auditing can be configured for any entity and any trigger event.

As described, basic audting. Agree with other posts that "change from value" is a flaw.

Not having change from value is a huge flaw. I agree that a plug-in would be more beneficial

Very simple to install and set up. Two major drawbacks:
1. All fields are not set as read only, so a user can change the value in the Audit record. Should be set to read only
2. The Change From value is not tracked (since we are using a Workflow that triggers after the Save of the record). In many cases from value is important.
