The Social Networking Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows business professionals to monitor and analyze customers’ conversations on social networking sites, and as a result, provides real-time status updates about their products and services. This first release of the accelerator delivers integration with Twitter; other networks will be introduced in future releases.

The release contains full source code, automated installer, documentation and step-by-step installation and functional videos.

This accelerator has stopped working. Anybody who has this working after twitter moved to Oauth. If yes, please reply what are the improvements that need to be made. Even somebody gives an hint it would be great..

The accelerator current version is not working as Twitter changed thier API auth method on 31.08.2010, see details in the following URL: http://dev.twitter.com/pages/basic_auth_shutdown. Hope Microsoft will release an updated version soon.

managed to install customisations but had to customise the entities so they would appear in the Marketing view. I'm getting many errors and when I attempt to send a message I get an exception. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Need help.

Not able to install MS SBS 2008 with second MS Server 2008, MS SQL 2008, Dynamics Workgroups 4. Great video support. Copied error to TXT file. Reading it I'm unclear what the issue is.

Found a couple of bugs/issues. 1. Bug in the customizations of the entity Social Network User (Msa_snuser) 2. Bug in the code of GetUpdates, field missing in the Social Network Status 3. Bug in de ISV-config. Where and how can i send my fixes?

With a minor fix of one of the entities, this installed and ran to perfection. It is obviously not very extensive, but works as advertised. Thanks!

Contains broken code, does not run on hosted installations without some modification.
