If this on the eservice accelerator, check your sql database (of the portal) or the web.config fill the connection string

<add name="LocalSqlServer"
connectionString="Server=server;Database=aspnetdb;UID=user;PWD=password"/>
</connectionStrings>

And check on the asp.net Web Site Administration Tool of the user is create.

Hi, I am getting the same problem with some user (says: "This account no longer exists or has been disabled. Please contact xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx for more information.")
I have checked the connection string of the portal and it is correct. Some users are able to login successfully however some are getting this massage.

Can you please help me to fix this?
